How to Register — A Simple Step-by-Step Guide
Registration is handled exclusively by the teacher-in-charge on behalf of all participating students. The process is straightforward — simply follow these steps:
Step 1 — Find the Registration Form. Scroll down to the end of this article to find the registration form download link.
Step 2 — Download the Registration Form. Download the championship registration form, which is an Excel spreadsheet file. If you are unable to download it from the website, contact the organiser directly and they will send it to you via email.
Step 3 — Read, Then Fill in the Form. Before filling anything in, read the general instructions provided in the registration form carefully. Then complete the form accurately and in full. Pay close attention to each student's details, as this information will appear on their certificates.
Step 4 — Make Payment. Please transfer the registration fees to Benedict Goh Education & Technology Company (Hong Leong Bank, Account Number: 25100070856). Kindly retain your bank receipt or a screenshot of the transaction as proof of payment for submission in the next step.
Step 5 — Submit via Email and Await Confirmation. Email your completed registration form and proof of payment together to gohmaths@gmail.com. The organiser will reply with a confirmation email within 7 working days. Your registration is only considered valid once you receive this confirmation email. If you do not receive it within the stipulated time, contact the organiser immediately to follow up.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is RM 30.00 per competitor. Each participating school is required to register a minimum of three students. Should a school have fewer than three participants, an additional charge applies, bringing the fee to RM 35.00 per competitor. There is no upper limit on the number of students a school can register, the more, the merrier!

Students typically submit their registration fees to their respective teachers, after which teachers will make a consolidated payment to the organiser. For online transfers, please include a clear payment reference (e.g. School Name + BMC2026) to ensure smooth verification.
A confirmation email will be sent within 7 working days after the registration form and payment have been received.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable; however, in the event that a registered participant is unable to attend for reasonable and acceptable reasons, their seat may be transferred to another student within the same school year category. Contact the organiser for assistance in such cases.

Preparing for the Big Day
Once registered, students are encouraged to practice using their school mathematics syllabus. The contest consists of 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
For secondary school students aiming for the Special Titles of Mathematics, such as the Malaysia National Grandmaster of Mathematics (MY-NGMM), both high overall scores and strong performance in Section C questions are required. Students in the fully online mode must remember that these titles are by application and require the submission of written working steps immediately after the contest.
